What the Rethymno market looks like
Guests who choose Rethymno are often looking for something quieter and more authentic than the large resorts. That favours stone and traditional houses, not only modern villas.
The old town behaves almost like a separate market, with shorter stays and guests who want to walk everywhere.
A property inland needs a more careful description: the guest must understand in advance how far the sea is and what is around them, or the review will say so.
We do not publish average returns by area. In Rethymno the gap between a property in the old town and one in a village ten kilometres away is wide enough to make any average useless.

You can take the whole package or only the online part. The difference is whether we also handle the physical turnaround between guests.
Questions owners ask
I have a stone house in a village. Will it let?
Yes, and often better than owners expect. What matters is presentation: proper photography, a description that explains the village and the distance to the sea, and pricing that does not compare it to a seafront villa. The estimate will tell you what it can hold.
Does it need renovating before I start?
Not necessarily. After the visit we tell you what has to be done before the first guest and what can wait. The aim is to keep you out of spending that the income will not return.
