Contact us to discuss your case and one of our team will visit your property, whether it is a villa, an apartment or a house. We will estimate the expected income based on the amenities it offers, the prospect of possible improvement, its location and the surrounding infrastructure, and we will propose the best rate, taking into account potential competitors in the area.
We finalise the details
You will then receive, for review and signature, our written agreement setting out the specific matters, terms and conditions regarding pricing policy, the method of communication and payment, and how your property will be promoted on the world's most popular booking portals (Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and others).
Have a good season!
Once our agreement is finalised, we photograph your property, write a full description of the spaces, set out the amenities and facilities and every piece of information useful to a guest inside and outside the property, and publish it on our website Mycretavillas.

Questions owners ask
How is the best rate for my property determined?
With specialised analysis and costing tools, taking into account parameters such as the location of the property (close to or far from key infrastructure), the particular amenities it offers, any existing reviews, and the rates that apply to competing properties around or near you. At the same time, specialised software allows rates to be raised, lowered and adjusted automatically during periods of high demand or in off season periods, increasing the occupancy rate without reducing the average income, while we set your pricing policy together.
How am I paid my income as a host / owner?
Your expected income is paid into the bank account you have indicated to us, immediately after the booking is completed and the income is released by the rental platforms.
Who welcomes the guests at check-in and check-out?
We handle guest check in and check out at set times in person. Otherwise guests collect the keys either from the owner or from a key locker, using a code sent to them 1 hour before their arrival. We create an info book in printed or electronic form providing the most important information about the property, so that guests know its basic functions, how to use the amenities and every piece of information for a comfortable and safe stay, points of interest in the area, emergency numbers and so on.
How am I kept informed about bookings and my income?
As soon as a booking is confirmed you will be notified immediately by email or on your phone of the arrival date and your net income from the booking. You will have access to your property through our platform with a dedicated code and will be able to see the full booking picture for any period you wish.
Who prepares and maintains the property, and what happens if guests cause damage?
If it is assigned to us, we take care of coordinating and preparing your property for the next arrival, with cleaning and a change of bed linen by a specialised team, and we restock the everyday consumables. Should damage beyond normal wear occur, it is covered by the deposit we take on guest arrival, which is returned if no damage is caused.
